Cookie Policy

Quant Geeks LLC
Effective September 2026
Last updated November 6, 2026

This policy explains the cookies and similar technologies Quant Geeks LLC ("QuantGeeks", "we", "us") uses on the QuantGeeks console and website (the "Service"), and the choices you have. It sits alongside our Privacy Policy.

1. What cookies and similar technologies are

A cookie is a small text file a website asks your browser to keep and send back on later visits. Similar technologies do the same job in other ways: browser storage (localStorage and sessionStorage) keeps settings on your device, and scripts from other companies can set cookies of their own. Some are strictly necessary for the Service to work or stay secure, some remember preferences you set, and some are used for marketing. Strictly necessary and preference storage does not need your consent; marketing cookies do, and we set them only if you accept. We do not run analytics of our own. The Financial Juice news widget, which loads only if you choose to show it, runs Google Analytics inside its own frame (see below).

2. What we use

This is everything the Service stores on your device.

3. Your choices

On your first visit a banner asks whether you accept marketing cookies. Accept and Reject are equal choices, and nothing marketing-related runs until you choose Accept. You can change your mind at any time from Cookie settings, linked in the footer of every page; turning marketing off deletes the two marketing cookies. We honour the Global Privacy Control signal: if your browser sends it, marketing cookies stay off and we do not show the banner. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the Service needs the strictly necessary ones to sign you in.

If you reject, an affiliate who referred you can still be credited through a promotion code they gave you, which you enter yourself at checkout.

4. Third parties

These companies set or read the technologies above under their own policies: Cloudflare (network protection and the sign-in challenge), Trackdesk (affiliate attribution, only with your consent; it may load a click-fraud check from Anura), Financial Juice (the news widget, only when you choose to show it, and the Google Analytics it runs), Google Fonts (the typefaces, which your browser fetches from Google, so Google receives your IP address), and Stripe, whose Checkout runs on Stripe's own domain when you pay.
