These terms govern your use of the QuantGeeks console, website and related services (together, the "Service") provided by Quant Geeks LLC, a Texas limited liability company ("QuantGeeks", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
QuantGeeks provides market data, analytics, visualizations, educational material and tooling. It does not provide investment, financial, legal or tax advice, and nothing in the Service is a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any security or derivative. Trading options and futures involves substantial risk of loss. Every decision you make, and every order you place, is yours alone.
You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. Keep your login credentials confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly at [email protected] if you believe your account has been compromised.
The Service is sold as a recurring subscription. Prices, plans and any promotional or founding rates are shown at the time you subscribe and may change for future billing periods with notice. Your subscription renews automatically until you cancel. You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future charges and your access continues through the end of the period you have already paid for. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.
One account, one person. You agree not to share credentials, scrape, redistribute or resell data or content from the Service, reverse engineer any part of it, interfere with its operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Your own AI assistant. You may connect an AI assistant, such as Claude, to your account through our connector and use it to read the data your plan includes. That is personal use of your account, the same as reading the data in the console. The data stays yours to view: giving it to other people, publishing it, building a product or feed from it, or letting anyone else use your connection is still redistribution under this section. Do not use an assistant to pull data in bulk or to get around the limits on the connector. You are responsible for what your assistant and its provider do with the data once it has it, and you can disconnect an assistant at any time from your account menu.
Market data is sourced from third parties and may be delayed, incomplete or inaccurate. We work to keep it timely and correct but do not guarantee it. Your use of any third-party feed or service surfaced inside the console is also subject to that provider's terms.
The Service, including its software, models, designs, text and marks, is owned by QuantGeeks or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property law. Your subscription gives you a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use the Service; it does not transfer ownership of anything.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, QuantGeeks is not liable for any trading losses, lost profits, or indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
We may update the Service and these terms. If a change is material we will give reasonable notice, for example by email or a notice in the console. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
